This is not tilted!!!
I agree with you about the exposure, it's a bit overexposed IMO and with a yellow/gold cast. (I'm using a crappy monitor, maybe it has no gold cast!!!! )
Still I liked it!

Please share the EXIF-values and maybe we can sort out why it is a bit overexposed.

Try different exposure times so you find the correct level.
Use raw format so you could possible correct it after tool.

well i used raw.. the problem here is that right part of the foto has lots of light and left side has less light..

so if you want to show the buildings on the uper left side you got to up the levels.. making the right side over exposed.. if i choose to level the light on the right side the buildings on the left wouldnt even show up..

SO in the end this one was the most leveled one.. i almost thought going all hdr on this photo.. but the exercise that night was long exposeres.. just that..

The over-exposure has already been mention. Marcos ... when you do these shots ... take the same shot at different exposure levels so then you'll have different choices. The composition is pretty much straight across. An added element such as a boat silhouette in the foreground would have helped.
Beautiful reflection!
